If you are new to Dr. Shaw, CGS Physician Services, LLC or reTHINK CANNABIS, then you are in the right place. We make getting your cannabis certification quick and easy. Our licensed physician will guide you through the process, answer your questions along the way and provide you with the resources and support you need to make your experience as smooth as possible.
TRANSFERRING PATIENTS MUST BE SEEN IN PERSON
We also welcome patients transferring to our practice from another physician or group. If your previous medical cannabis physician has retired, relocated, closed the practice, or is no longer available, we can help you continue your care without unnecessary confusion or delay.
​You will need to bring with you proof of residency such as a state ID, driver's license or passport.
If you are a seasonal resident of Florida, you must provide proof that you reside in Florida for at least 31 consecutive days in a calendar year. If you are seasonal and have a Florida ID card or driver's license, you could get approved immediately. If you do NOT have a Florida ID card or driver's license, then you have to wait for the state to approve you (which could take 7-14 days).

The Medical Marijuana Card is renewed annually and costs $77.75.
